With over 15 years of experience across government, national research institutions, and academia, including work with Oak Ridge National Laboratory, I support organizations navigating complex, high-stakes decisions. My work focuses on identifying risk, clarifying trade-offs, and ensuring that policies and projects translate into outcomes that are feasible, resilient, and grounded in real-world conditions.
